- Pierce the top of the bacon strip with a skewer, then wrap the bacon around the skewer and pierce again at the bottom to hold it in place.
- On a parchment lined baking sheet, place the bacon in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the bacon and cook for 5-10 more minutes or until it reaches your desired crispiness.
- Remove from the oven and transfer the bacon to paper towels and let it cool.
- Combine the kosher salt and chili powder on a small plate. Take a lime wedge and run it over the rim of a tall pint glass. Place the rim of the glass into the salt and chili powder mixture to thoroughly coat the rim. Fill the glass with ice.
- Add all the drink ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake briefly and pour into your pint glass with the seasoned rim.
- Blot excess oil from the bacon.
- Add the bacon as a garnish.
