  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Pierce the top of the bacon strip with a skewer, then wrap the bacon around the skewer and pierce again at the bottom to hold it in place.
  3. On a parchment lined baking sheet, place the bacon in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the bacon and cook for 5-10 more minutes or until it reaches your desired crispiness.
  4. Remove from the oven and transfer the bacon to paper towels and let it cool.
  5. Combine the kosher salt and chili powder on a small plate. Take a lime wedge and run it over the rim of a tall pint glass. Place the rim of the glass into the salt and chili powder mixture to thoroughly coat the rim. Fill the glass with ice.
  6. Add all the drink ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
  7. Shake briefly and pour into your pint glass with the seasoned rim.
  8. Blot excess oil from the bacon.
  9. Add the bacon as a garnish.
  10. Enjoy!
