  1. Remove the pits from the dates and coarsely chop (see how here).
  2. Add the dates and ¼ cup milk to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Add remaining ¼ cup milk and the chocolate ice cream and blend on low until well mixed.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass, then top with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, then enjoy!
