  1. Using a stand mixer with paddle attachment, cream butter until fluffy. Slowly add powdered sugar until combined.
  2. Add Cream Cheese on low speed, then mix on medium speed for 2 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla, orange juice, maple syrup and salt.
  4. Pour in heavy cream to desired viscosity. More cream will make a thinner icing and less cream yields a thicker icing.
