Recipe and photos by Launie Kettler
What’s better than sweetly spicy Asian-style honey chicken? How about sweetly spicy Asian-style honey chicken on your plate in 30 minutes – in the middle of the week?
All you need is an F.N. Sharp knife or your favorite knife for cutting veggies and an Instant Pot and bam! You have an idea for dinner. Bam! You throw the ingredients in the Instant Pot, hit a couple of buttons, pour a glass of wine and… bam! You’ve got dinner on the table and a jaunty outlook for the rest of the evening.
We love this Instant Pot honey chicken recipe because it’s got flavor for miles, and a little kick of heat that makes it the perfect weeknight dinner.
Now round up your ingredients, grab your knife and get that cutting board ready for some chopping and slicing!
