When we like to get our party on, sometimes we think more is more. As in, let’s cover a large piece of flatbread with melty mozzarella, top it with sweet tomatoes, then drizzle it with the tastiest basil and cheese pesto ever.

Sure, sometimes we’re in the mood to grill individually sliced bread, but sometimes – well – we’re just in the mood for cheese pull perfection.

And tonight, we’re in the mood for the latter.

We’re calling it a warm up for the upcoming holidays. So, when you and yours are surrounded by sparkling drinks and lights, just pop this into the oven and watch everyone smile as you cut it into wedges.

Now round up your ingredients, get that cutting board ready, grab your F.N. Sharp utility knife for some veggie prep and your bread knife for some slicing and let’s make some good and melty bruschetta flatbread!
