Ah. The leaves are turning red, orange, and gold, which makes us think of two of our favorite gourds! (Or squash if you want to get bogged down in “technicalities.” Although, that doesn’t really rhyme with much. However, if you can think of one rocking rhyme, hit us up in the comments!)
But, we digress.
This soup is loaded with sweet and earthy flavors from the squash and pumpkin, and we upped the ante by adding warming spices like cumin and cinnamon. And then, to give it some zing, we included chili powder and everyone’s favorite spice – hot smoked paprika – to the party. So, when we say this soup is layered with tons of flavor, we’re not kidding!
Bonus: This soup freezes like a dream. Just put it in freezer containers and use it within 3 months.
Double Bonus: This soup warms you to your toes after an afternoon of wandering around lost in corn mazes!
The knife arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Not only is the knife well balance and very sharp, it is also beautiful. I'll be getting all my knives at F.N. Sharp in the future!
