Whether you want to call it “shepherd’s pie” or “cottage pie”, this recipe is sure to herd in the fam! Because, when it comes to scrump-diddly-umptous flavors, can anything really beat horseradish in mashed potatoes?

We think not. In fact, we’re team “Horseradish and Mashed Potatoes” all the way.

If there were tee shirts that proudly proclaimed, “Horseradish Mashed Potatoes FTW,” we’d wear our washing machines out because we’d wash the shirt so often.

But, this recipe isn’t just about the mashed potatoes.

It’s also a story about ground chicken cooked with rosemary, thyme, and kissed with a splash of white wine.

So, in short, this is a story about loving flavors.

And, isn’t love the most important ingredient in the world?

Now round up your ingredients, get your cutting board ready, grab your chef’s knife or utility knife for some veggie prep and let’s dig in!
