Mama Mia! Do we have an incredible soup for you! Imagine if you will, you’re feeling a little under the weather. Maybe, you’re just fighting off a cold, or you just had the kind of day that makes you feel like a newspaper flyer blowing through a deserted subway tunnel.

Now, imagine a kindly grandmother showing up with a crock full of chicken soup loaded with veggies, chicken, and pasta with an aroma that makes you feel like you’re covered in the warmest, softest blanket you’ve ever been enveloped in.

That’s the kind of soup we’re talking about!

But this soup can also be a blank canvas for whatever herbs you have growing in the garden, on your windowsill, or just kicking around in the refrigerator.

Do you have chives? Throw them in! Do you have parsley? Drop in a handful! And if you have fresh thyme? Well, you’re in luck! This soup loves thyme! But, if you don’t happen to have fresh herbs, then just reach for Italian seasoning or even just dried oregano. That will take you where you want to go too!

So, grab your F.N. Sharp Damascus Steel Chef Knife, get that cutting board ready and get chopping! You’ve got some serious self-care coming right up.
