Sure, the 4th may be but a vague memory here in the United States, but that doesn’t mean we have to put away our sparklers and Uncle Sam top hats just yet! Let’s indulge in just a wee bit more patriotic noshing with this classic American macaroni salad.

It’s loaded with all of the good things that we love from summer – peas, red onions, some hearty ham and cheddar for protein, and then all of that goodness is enveloped in a creamy mayo/sour cream/dijon dressing to round everything out.

Bonus: Did we mention there are dill pickles too? Yes. We’ve got both kinds, the pickles themselves and the juice to make the dressing a perfect mix or creamy and dilly!

So, when your grilled burgers, hot dogs, or chicken skewers are looking like they want some company on the plate, you know what to pair them with!

Now, grab that F.N. Sharp Damascus Steel Utility Knife, get that cutting board ready and get chopping. You’ve got some delicious macaroni salad to make!
