If you’re looking for something so simple, so decadent, so utterly jaw-droppingly delicious that you want to sing its praises from the roof of the tallest building in the city, well, we’ve got the perfect soup for you!
It’s creamy, it’s savory, and it’s luxurious. And joy of joys, it’s incredibly easy to pull together!
Bonus: It’s easy enough to make for a weeknight meal or to wow out-of-town guests for a dinner party.
Double Bonus: Kids love it, too.
Triple Bonus: It’s freezer friendly! Which means that, some night when you just want to jump into your p.j.’s and stream something mindlessly while your body is eating mindfully, you’ve got dinner raring to go!
Additional Thoughts:
- We didn’t use cream in our creamy soup. It really doesn’t need the proverbial lily gilded. But, if you’re itching to use some heavy cream from that carton in your fridge, go for it!
- We also loaded this soup up with dried dill and parsley, but if you’d rather play with sage, thyme, or even tarragon, all of those would rock too!/li>
