If you're looking for the best cheese ball recipe for your next holiday party, weekend get-together or a big game, then you've come to the right place!

This Mexican cheese ball recipe is loaded with green chilies, jalapenos, onions and tons of spices, then rolled it in spicy and citrusy Aleppo pepper, cilantro, pepitas and pecans!

That sure does up the ante on party food, taking it to a whole new level. It’s masterful in flavor and will make you the hit of any party you attend with one of these bad boys in tow.

Bonus: This guy even looks extra festive! It practically sings and dances off of the platter. We like it with crackers, but you know that tortilla chips (either freshly made or homemade), will also rock this cheese ball.

One last fun thought: This cheese ball is supremely spreadable. Normally these little appetizers are a little crumbly, but because we mix it for several minutes in a stand mixer, it practically spreads itself on chips or crackers.

So, grab your favorite F.N. Sharp chef’s knife or utility knife, get that cutting board ready and don your favorite sparkly clothing (underneath your F.N. Sharp apron 😜) – you’ve got some spicy holiday love to spread as the ball drops!
