What is it about the herbaceous flavor of artichoke hearts combined with spinach and mozzarella and parmesan cheese that turns even a weeknight streaming binge-a-thon into a hootenanny hoedown?
Sure, one minute you’re just sitting there watching your favorite show, then a bowl of steaming, gooey, melty spinach artichoke dip makes an appearance…
And, well…
Your toe starts tapping...
The music over the credits makes you want to grab someone in the room and spin them ‘round and ‘round in excitement. Heck, you may even find yourself singing to your spinach artichoke dip in pure musical delight.
Now, that’s what we call a zesty appetizer!
We served this at a dinner party the other night and the critiques ranged from happy to exuberant:
“Wow. This is really good!”
“This is absolutely delicious!”
“The artichoke spinach dip is *bleep, bleep, bleep* awesome!”
Like we said, we got a wide range of reviews.
So, grab your F.N. Sharp Utility Knife and cutting board, a frying pan, some spinach, a good amount of cheese and go get that party started in the kitchen!
