Recipe for Lemon Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza With Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Looking for the best sugar cookie fruit pizza recipe? You’ve come to the right place – especially if you like your fruit pizza with a little extra bit of citrus love!

Lemon loves other fruit, other fruit loves lemon, and they both go absolutely bonkers for cream cheese frosting! Also, the crust is basically a buttery sugar cookie blank canvas for all of the fruit art you can throw at it.

Assorted sliced fruit with F.N. Sharp Utility Knife

We love the classics. Strawberries, kiwi, grapes, and blueberries, but you could go on a whole citrus binge with blood oranges, navel oranges, pink grapefruit, and anything else you can think of from the Rutaceae family. (And if you need a little help cutting up all that fruit, then check out this F.N. Sharp guide!)

You’d probably want to stay away from anything that’s not fresh though. Frozen fruits would probably stain that gorgeous cream cheese frosting, and canned fruits would probably sog out the crust a bit.

And no one wants a soggy bottom! *high hat* All of that said, you’re going to love this dessert. It’s bright, it’s beautiful, and it just makes the table look like one big cheerful bit of furniture.

So, get your F.N. Sharp utility knife, bread knife and cutting board ready for some slicing, grab that butter, flour and fruit and let’s start rolling!
