Our Steel: Japanese VG-10 core with 67 layer Damascus VG-10 and VG2 cladding in feather pattern. This sought-after steel is known for its balance between hardness, durability, and corrosion resistance. Coupled to a modern, computer-controlled forging and heat-treating process, our semi-custom knives remain sharper and resist scratching and chipping better than ordinary mass produced consumer-grade cutlery.

Our Handle: All F.N. Sharp knives have a full-tang handle encased in G10 material. G10 composite material is extremely durable and resists swelling, warping, cracking, and fading. Its stylish yet durable nature is a perfect compliment to our VG-10 blades. F.N. Sharp handles are specifically designed to fall comfortably to hands of all sizes for proper grip while chopping, slicing and dicing.
