These knives have to be some of the best in the world. Not only are they made of the most difficult to find Japanese steel but are crafted so well their sharpness is unmatched compared to our other knives and those are Wustoff and Henkel. Probably the best investment we've made in our kitchen and our love of cooking.
These are the best steak knives I've ever used. I will be buying another set soon. I want to have enough for everyone when I have guests over.

Functional, great capacity, and beautifully made. We tossed our old knife block out, but included the old knives in with the new, as there is ample room.
