F.N. Sharp Damascus Steel Boning Knife

I received this knife 3 days ago. I received it 3 days after ordering. The knife was expertly packed and inside it's own little box. The knife is beautiful and well balanced. The edge is super sharp and the one time I used it to butterfly a pork chop was like cutting through butter. I am well pleased with the service and the knife. I only wish I needed more knives.

I went with FN Sharp because I believed they manufactured their knifes in the states, when I got the knife there was a made in china sticker on the box

Boning knife!

Used it to bone a pork shoulder to butterfly! Perfect size, was very sharp as well. Have used Wustoff knives mostly, and so far am impressed with FN quality!

Very good knife out of the box

I was looking for a boning knife as we routinely use large bone in cuts of pork. The knife is stiffer that I expected, but I actual like it this way. Very sharp out of the box and holds an edge very well. Works well on semi frozen meat as well which was a surprise to me given the size of the knife.
