We love Greek yogurt in all of its iterations. With blueberries and strawberries drizzled with a little maple syrup? Check, With copious amounts of grated and diced cucumber for homemade lemony tzatziki sauce or minty talatouri sauce? Check. Mixed in with some horseradish mashed potatoes for a shepherd’s or cottage pie? Check. Combined with chicken, onion and blueberries? C’mon, Son! Check-a-rama! 

Now that summer is upon us, bright and tangy Greek yogurt just seems to mirror the season. It’s the perfect blank canvas for all of those beautiful things that come roaring in with the season. (Yes, we’re eyeing you, blueberries and dill!) 

So, when you’re loading up the cooler with ice packs and the picnic basket with good stuff (or enduring a week-long heat wave that makes you want to stay in), then throw some of this chicken salad between two slices of baguette and consider the day a total – and complete – win.
